Emails we send
Always
Section titled “Always”These emails are part of the service, so they are sent whatever you choose:
- Invitations. When someone shares a diagram with you, an email tells you who shared it and links to it. It never contains the diagram’s title or content.
- About your account. Messages you need to know about, such as changes to the Terms or the Privacy Policy, or notice before an unused account is closed.
Only if you agree: tips and news
Section titled “Only if you agree: tips and news”If you tick please send me occasional tips and news by email when you create your account, or turn on Tips and news by email at Account → Notifications, we will send you occasional emails with:
- tips for getting the best out of nifdi;
- news of features and improvements.
Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn them off at any time. They contain no open or click tracking.
