Report a concern

Anyone can tell us about content on nifdi that they believe is illegal or breaks section 4 of our Terms of Service, whether or not they have a nifdi account. A person at Nifdi Systems Limited reviews every report.

How to report

If you can open the diagram, use Report this diagram in the footer below it.

Otherwise, email abuse@nifdi.app.

What to include

• A link to the diagram, or anything else that identifies it.
• What you believe is wrong.

We may ask you once for more information. If we do not hear back within 14 days, we close the report and tell you.

What happens next

We aim to decide on a report within 5 working days. If we find a problem, we act under section 4 of our Terms. We email you the outcome, with a case reference.

Asking for a review

If we have acted against your content or your account, our email to you says what we did and why. To ask us to look at the decision again, reply to that email or write to abuse@nifdi.app with your case reference. We aim to decide a request for review within 10 working days.

Complaints

To complain about content on nifdi, about how we handled a report or a review, or about how we meet our legal duties, email abuse@nifdi.app. We aim to answer a complaint within 10 working days.
