Billing and cancellation

Paddle sells nifdi Pro. It is our reseller and the merchant of record, so it takes the payment, charges any tax, issues receipts and invoices, and handles refunds. nifdi handles everything about the product itself. The Terms of Service and the Refund Policy are the binding version of this page.

Select Upgrade to Pro in the account menu, or Buy now on the pricing page. You sign in first, so Pro goes on the account you are signed in to. Choose monthly or annual and select Upgrade, and Paddle’s checkout takes your payment details.

Pro starts as soon as the payment goes through.

Pro is billed in advance and renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Plan & billing shows when it next renews.

Manage billing opens Paddle’s portal, where you change your payment method, billing address or tax ID, and download invoices and receipts.

Cancel at any time from Plan & billing, or through Paddle. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to Free.

Until that date, Plan & billing shows when Pro ends, and Paddle’s portal lets you resume the subscription.

Cancelling does not itself refund the rest of the period. Refunds, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the UK and the EU, are handled by Paddle under Paddle’s Refund Policy. Ask for one through the support link in your Paddle receipt, or at Paddle.net.

If we materially reduce what Pro includes, or change our terms in a way that materially affects you, and you cancel because of it, we refund the unused part of your billing period. See When we make changes.

Ending Pro never deletes a diagram, and never stops you taking a copy, unless you explicitly close your account.

  • Your local diagrams are unaffected. They were never part of Pro.
  • Your cloud diagrams become read-only, for you and for everyone you shared them with. Each one stays in the cloud, and its roster stays as it is. The editor shows a Read-only badge, and an editor tab that is open when Pro ends turns read-only without a reload.
  • You can still open, view and export every cloud diagram. Copy to browser or Move to browser in the storage panel gives you an editable local diagram. See When Pro ends in Storage in detail.
  • Your agents can no longer use the hosted MCP server. The local MCP server keeps working.

Upgrade again and your cloud diagrams are editable at once, with their rosters intact.

Closing your account at Account → Data is different from cancelling Pro. It cancels Pro straight away, without refunding the rest of the period unless the Refund Policy gives you a right to one, and your diagrams are deleted 30 days later. Export anything you want to keep first.
