Collaboration & sharing

A diagram can be opened by several people at once. This section covers where a diagram lives, how who it is shared with, what each person can do, and what live editing looks like.

Where diagrams are stored covers the storage modes, and why a diagram has to be in the cloud before anyone else can open it. Permissions covers sharing a diagram with named people and what each of them can do.

People editing the same diagram see each other’s cursors and selections. Edits merge rather than overwrite, so two people working on different parts of a diagram do not clobber one another.
